Is there any chance we can have a new forum rule banning the disclosing of sports results in thread titles?

If I see a thread called "Eagles/Cowboys!" I know not to read it if I care about the result and I've not yet seen the game, but if I see one titled "Cowboys Pwn Eagles!" then my enjoyment of that match will be seriously diminished if I've not yet caught it.

In today's world of Tivo, iPlayer and BitTorrent, you can never know when people will watch sports events. With time-shifting the norm, you never know whose day/week you're ruining.

Dani's posting of the MotoGP world championship result severely angered me as I don't have the ability to watch live sports. I was avoiding all the news sites as the event was downloading to my computer and I thought the watch forums would be safe reading, but no.

Imagine your favourite sport was on but you were at work and couldn't see it, so you manage to get home to your Tivo without seeing the result and when you get home, some ******* says "Oh, by the way, your team wins, but I've not ruined it for you because I've not told you the score." That's what happened this morning.
