Exactly, I would have no problem at all with the buyer paying the fees. In fact who wouldn't (unless they are intentionally trying to pull a fast one). I actually have an ongoing incident now where a buyer wants a refund for a watch which was exactly as described and there was full disclosure and pictures, etc.. In fact the buyer knows he is in the wrong and admits it, but still insists on a refund. I do not agree with the way it was handled and I would never go about it that way, but no matter how I feel, I would much rather not leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth. I am refunding the dude. Luckily for him, I am a nice guy.....LOL. Paying as a gift in this instance did not end up biting the dude in the ass because most people would not refund in this instance. I will now instead give the buyer the option too pay as a gift or cover the fees and I will only do this privately in discussions with them. Thanks for the thread Drhulee!
