just a little history--bought a couple of cheap reps from karamma in Dubai. Although they were ok they were very flawed as you would expect. This led me to Repgeek and hours of reading!!! Without the valuable information and passion from the members i would never have known that some of the watches existed never mind purchase them!
I have just bought my first 2 gens! I made a wish list with 5 or 6 watches on. To cut a very long story short--i went to an AD in Qatar in one of the malls. There was 2 watches from my wishlist there IWC 3717 and Omega PO chrono. I was ready to buy both--my mind was already made up BUT THEN the guy said--sir we have promotion--if you buy any omega, gucci, or tag then you get a gift voucher to use in the shop worth 60% of the value of the watch.
So i bought the omega PO and then picked up my IWC 3717 for approx 800USD! Pure result!!
