    Maybe you can answer here on forum if you don't want answer on my emails.

    I send you [31.07.12] PAM111N to repairs and FranckMuller dial for new lume. I ask you in my 3 last emails about your cost 'How much ...' till today I don't have reply on my questions only reply my emails with information about your problems. It looks like you don't read my question only 'copy&paste' your info about problems in GB,DE,IT language and send it back.

    And I don't push you when you will work on my goods but ask about prices because maybe your work is too expensive for me and I don't want order it.
    Last 2 weeks Vac had new movement for PAM111N and I ask him about prices he reply me quick but i don't have your prices and don't know what will be better for me, now Vac movement is sold ;(.

    And you can read my emails easy becouse I write it in german.


    Sorry - but I loose my AP ROO in Francesco serivce, and his correspondence looks simmilar to this case.

    Hi mate

    I am not sure of the problem exactly that you are having but why would you send a watch without asking before you sent it... Domi works on a fixed price in most cases and especially on PAMs he gives a price list...

    I spoke to Domi and he said he has replied with the info you requested... what he was referring to in regards of the problems was in terms of how long the job might take...

    He has some personal issues recently ... thats true... indeed he has just had some distressing family news.... and as frustrated as you may feel mate... you just need to be patient... or recheck your emails...

    Domi always delivers... yes sometimes problems arise but Domi alays makes things right and cannot and should not be compared to other modders or individuals..

    If you want to tell me exactly what you want to know ... not the history.... just start again explaining exactly what you want and I will talk to Domi and get you an answer mate...just PM me the request..

    domi is not the cheapest. but he certainly does a heck of a job!

    i had a few watches modded/serviced by him.
    i even requested for a rushed service because i needed the watch before my trip out of the EU permanently. he got my franken UPO built within 3 days and had it FedEXed (on my expense) back at me the day of my flight.
    this is the kind of service that not every modder can offer!

    Default loss of communication

    Why I send watch and dial, my shipment to him is free of charge.
    For me is better that he had it on his workshop and give me his opinion and price.

    he has replied with the info you requested... what he was referring to in regards of the problems was in terms of how long the job might take...
    I write 3 question and don't have any answer on it till now and any of this question was - how long I must wait.
    Because I don't know prices of his work on my watch and dial, and still we have open this case.



    Today he send me around 9am with information that :
    "I reply to your emails. Only about dial I don't give you answer. Price for labor costs you received."

    If we we determine that answer 'Today is rainy day, and I wll stay at home' is answer on my emails. I must told YES he reply to my emails.
    About info requested - sorry but again I must explain/ He I don't have reply on my questions, I don't ask when he will work on my goods.
    On begining he told around 6 weeks, ok I can wait but first I must accept cost of his work.

    Firstly its admirable that Domi took the time to reply to you this morning.... I have explained in my PM to you what happened in his family on Monday... which I am sure you understand is very devestating to any family..

    In the last email Domi has given you... Confirmed he gave you the price/costs in previous email... and the likely time (once you confirm the work)... Is that correct?

    The only thing he cant answer is regarding the dial and I assume thats because he wont pull out the dial from the watch until you OK the initial work... is that right mate?

    If all the above is correct then I am not sure exactly what your issue is...

    If I have misunderstood then please say....

    The other replies you recieved were auto responses that Domi set up to deal with emails while he was in Italy dealing with his mum who was having an operation and undergoing intensive care and indeed still is...as you can imagine a lot of his time has been taken up with trying to cope with his personal situation and travelling along with work... let alone trying to take care of his family and have a personal life... and in addition Domi and his close family have suffered a loss on Monday...

    Not that it matters THAT much but.

    1*. Your English is ridiculous. If you want to get your point across just type German. Because the English is really hard to read and we have German speaking members. No one can adequately help you because it isn't clear what is up.

    2. The guy has a big family situation going on, I am sorry for you having to wait. But this is the rep business and working with modders .. Well, sometimes that can even be a way longer wait because it's delicate work and they are backtracked fast, especially if they are good at what they do.

    3. I hope it works out buddy

    * Not trying to be rude or a dick, but really a lot of members lack the communication skills to get their point across. This, resulting in mis-communication, arguments, PP claims etc.. Not saying this is the case here but just to make things easier. Sorry for partially hijacking your thread.

    @Cambridgerwg : I know that my 'English is ridiculous' but it is so simply that you can understand.
    My emails with Domenico was in german language.
    Problem was on his side. He don't read it, only I recived auto reply fom his email system.

    @Cambridgerwg : it is no problem

    Now, I accept PAM work and waiting for Dominico work in queue [I think], FM dial is stoped till October.
    I am going to 25 days holidays and it is no important for me how quick he will make my orders.
    If I will have his work in my hands I will post about his work.
