Hello from Cape Town - my experience thus far

A warm hello from Cape Town folks. Herewith my experience with reps thus far:

I recently order 2 watches from perfectwatches.cn. Having done a tiny bit of research they seemed to be the "safest" bet. Many other sites recommend them, the reviews on their site were good, so I bought a Zenith and a Montblanc. Due to their promotion I received a free Omega Seamaster. I have not received these watches yet and I expect them in around a weeks time (provided all goes well!). It is only now after doing some proper research that I have realized that they operate using shady tactics, the main one being setting up fake rep-review names and sites (watchreport.co/Thomas Wilson), praising their own websites and badmouthing other sites. This is absolutely not cool and I wish I had known this before I gave them my money.

So now it is time to buy my first rep from a TD. The first watch I am looking for is a 44mm PAM. I'm not yet entirely sure which model I will go for but I know it will be a PAM

(I have 7inch wrists and I initially thought I should get a 40mm since my wrists are not the biggest, however these seem more difficult to come by and also I have read on many forums that the 44mm is the way to go and I will probably regret the 40mm as it looks a bit chunky, etc).

So that's my story in a nut shell. If you guys could recommend some excellent PAM dealers for me to have a look at what they offer, other than Trustys, puretime and ToroBravo which I have already discovered, I would be very appreciative. I am completely new to forums and am still learning the ropes. All the sections and all the text can be intimidating at first!

Hey same story my side. Exactly the same haha. Also from CPT now living in JHB. Bought first watch from perfectwatches and it arrived but they lie about quality. Mpst of their watches are fantasy...

I'd recommend checking out intime.co and getting a classic 111. They look good and they will last a long time. You get used to the size quickly.
