    Default Another Aussie.

Hi, watch collector from Sydney, Australia here.

I have a couple of genuine watches (TAG, Raymond Weil Chrono, Longines) and am interested in getting into some replica’s. Unfortunately I, as with a few others here, seem to suffer from ‘leap before you look’ syndrome.

I recently bought a Rolex Submariner from www.watch-ebay.com for US$169. It hasn’t arrived yet, though the site admin assure it will and have provided a tracking number for Hong Kong post. I discovered RepGeek’s too late, it would seem.

Anyway, I have spent the last hour or so looking through Perfect Clones catalogue, and they look awesome. Are the pics of the replicas themselves, or the original watches? They look too good to be true.

    Thanks

    Cam

Welcome camjojosh, great to have another Aussie member here. Glad you found us before you made more purchases and take that first one as a learning lesson. If you have not received it you might still be able to get a refund for it or ask your CC to do a chargeback on the item when and if you dont receive it.

The watches you ahve seen at perfect clones are the actual wathces that you get so they are that good. Somve have more flaws thatn others. They are pretty well discussed in various areas of our forum. Take a look at the eyecandy therad and at the subforums for each brand we have designated and you will see some real gems there. Makig the first purchase will be tough as its hard to decide what to buy frist but we will help you make the most informed decision.

    Thumbs up

Great! Thanks for the quick reply.

I think I'm going to get myself an Omega. By Tor has done some fantastic reviews on these, plus they look 'the business.'

Good choice man. Most of memebers in the USA are still sleeping. You will get many more welcomes as the morning approches in a few hours.

I am not a rollie expert but Im sure some will give their opinion that know more about it. Ill take a stab at it though. CG looks to think. Rehau is too thick date font is off, bezel teeth are not sharp enough.

We need a rollie expert to chime in.

    Welcome mate,
I would try and cancel your other order if you can...
While it doesn't look awful, there are better and cheaper sub reps available.
Josh's includes free shipping and is more accurate.
I am also in Australia and have received watches from Josh with no problems at all.

Funny I should post here yesterday as the watch arrived this morning.

And it’s great. OK, so I did pay more than I probably should have, but the watch looks great. I assume it’s the same as the Noobmariner I see posted about here often.

Japanese movement, all the correct markings, nice looking screw-down crown with rubber seal.

Anyway, I’ll post some pics later tonight so you guys can pick it apart.

Glad you got it cam. that is is the biggest issue with some of these sites that you dont get the watch you ordered. If tis the same as the noobmariner it will be pretty good but yes paid about twice what you would have paid in here. Live and learn mate. We have all been there with either one or more watches.

    Welcome again.

After some close inspection I don’t think it s a Beginmariner.

The text on the dial is very thinly applied and appears kind of grey. They ‘pearl’ is larger. And the font in the date seems bolder.

Anyway. I just ordered the $108 Beginmariner special from Josh (Perfect Clones) so a comparison will be forthcoming.

I get the feeling that finding this site is going to cost me quite a bit of money.

    Holy crap.

I ordered this from Perfect Clones two hours ago and he has just emailed me with shipping confirmation and tracking details.

    Wow!

If his watches are as good as his service then he is going to become the proud owner of lots of my hard earned cash!!

    Great news Cam.
Now for the hard part, waiting....
I wonder how many times I hit refresh on the Australia Post web site today? BTW you can track EMS orders from China direct on the Aussie post site.
    Cheers,
