New Member.....From US Great Site...Diamond in the rough

New member, From the US (New Jersey)....found this and so glad I did. New to forum use so learning as I go but big watch fan and love to collect watches and looking forward to making purchases with the TD's on this site. I have a lot of questions but will try to find answers on here before I embarrass myself and ask...LOL. Getting ready to make a purchase today from two dealers....(1) Trusty-watch a Rollex Submariner ROLSUB090 Swiss to replace my old one that finally died after 11 years! and (2).Kuvarsit-watch a RAYMOND WEIL NABUCCO CARBON FIBER BLUE..7750 AUTOCHRONO. If anyone has any feedback great. Its great to have a place to go that actually watches out for its members....

Wow you certainly got lots of usage out of your old Sub! I don't have any personal experience with either of those particular models, but the folks here are very knowledgeable. Ask the Rolex guys about that Sub090 - I believe the most current & best version is made by Noob Factory. I looked at TT's website and didn't see Noob mentioned anywhere on the Sub ad. The RW I know nothing about - but for the price it will certainly be "the best" RW rep available - i.e. not a cheapy 21 jewel inaccurate rep.

Thanks for getting back to me I do appreciate it. I have one question I have been seeing NOOB a lot on here not to sure what it means (will look for definition on site). With that said if you can point me in the right direction for the Rolex guys or users that would have good info I would appreciate it. Also do you have a TD that you like to deal with?

Noob is a Factory (I use the term factory loosely as all parts are assembled in different places then basically brought together.)
But Noob is the "product/making house" if that makes sense?!

Other well known factories are JF (aka J12) and also V6 Factory as well as BP Factory. I think those are the main ones!?

I personally like InTime (Ryan) - GREAT communication and super fast shipping. ToroBravos is also good, as is Sead/SuperMirrors. PureTime is the oldest in the game, but also the busiest, and generally the highest prices.
