Great!. catch a ferry to Waiheke island (only 45min boat ride from central auckland harbour), make a booking to one of the vineyard (http://www.stonyridge.co.nz) where you can taste premium organic wine and dinner at the same time. ..all day long :-D
Oh, you need to arrange transport to & from Vineyard beforehand as Auckland is notorious for the lack of readily available public transport. The vineyard may have their own transport for their customers.
