PayPal
I have a watch for sale. Agreed a sale on 200$, sent the member my pp info and he made two separate payments by paypal (150+50) without prior agreement about it.
Question, If I send him the watch can he claim to paypal that he did not trceive two packages from my side and take my money by raising a claim?
I am not that familiar with paypal but I am careful..
Please give me an answer before I accept the payment and ship out the watch.
Tnx in advance!

Refund him the amounts and ask him to make 1 payment

I only did this because I did not have all the money in one place. I would not jeopardize being on this site by pulling something like that. I did not realize this would be such an issue or I would not have done it. Sorry for the trouble.

Exactly that's what I tried to explain to him. As far as Paypal is concerned I am not receiving anything

Now that we know they were gifts no issue,it wasn't said before though.
Either way there was no harm done.
It has been resolved, the op didn't accuse anyone nor made an issue out of it,he opened a thread simply to ask for an advice, the buyer didn't have any issues... so we can all move on now.

I have an issue now because he did not honor our agreement after refunding my money he said he would sell it to somone else and that I should check with him begore I resent the money. Didnt I already technically buy it? Owell probably better this way I love the watch but it was becoming a hassle.

I said I would sell it to the first buyer. Commitment doesn't mean anything anymore for me since some members did not honour their word which was given to me. I said, before making the payment send me the PM to chech if it is still available. Just that. I do not want to get your money if I don't have anymore the watch for sale..simple as that.
You sent me 10+ msg in the last cpl of days. You could have sent me one more if you wanted.
Simple, simple,.
Don't try to make it more complicated.

The bottom line is I sent the payments as a gift you did not add that in the post when you started this post had you given all the information it would not have turned out like this. I dont judge all the users on this forum based on a couple bad ones. I sent the money in good faith you could have kept it and never sent me the watch I took a bigger risk then you. Then you send it back it took 3 days for me to get it back. I asked you to hold the watch so I could make sure to send you one gift payment. You refused. I didnt do anything wrong and I have bought from others on this site and M2M. I love the watch and been wanting a Corum like that but its juat not worth the effort.

Did we agree that you would make two separate payments. NO! Enough for me.
I am not a pp expert. I decided to revert it. Simple. You did not experience any loss nor did I.
Case closed. Move on..
