    Default Having a problem with TD and need help

    I purchased a band and clasp in October, the TD said it was
    Shipped, but the tracking number never got past
    Label created, that was November, they asked me to be patient
    So I waited until December and they said they
    Would send it fed ex but again the tracking just
    Says label created. It’s been three weeks and
    No movement of the package, now they have
    Stopped communicating with me. What do I do.

    Hi, this can happen...don't worry yet. You bought it from a TD here on RG?
    All TD's here ship again when your item doesn't come through.
    Just ask the TD for this, if you don't get a reply, ask one of the mods to chime in.
