Friend, I am sorry for what happened but you bought a replica. We sell replicas, not originals. It's illegal product and it's not a legit business. We can not collect it or try to contact the customs because
we can not show them our identities. Chinese customs rarely seize any packages if you declare it with a low value and you did not mention it's a watch. It's just a matter of time and it will be released or returned.
We will correct the watch as soon as we get your package .Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The package was called 'A GIFT' and the value on all 3 Customs Declaration Invoices was $15 as you instructed.

After reading the posts on here it seems I should never send anything back to China, so I don't want to go through all this again.

The watch is still under your 6-month warranty and is losing one hour a day.

If I give you my order number and details maybe you could send me a replacement watch or at least a replacement movement so that I can get it repaired here in the UK?
