Cheapest steel gen ever repped?
Right, we see all sorts of Haute horology and luxury brands being replicated as well as the fakers favourite Rolex, but what about the lower tier names? I'm kinda curious as to what the least expensive genuine watch is that has been copied.
Now, there must be a cut off point before it doesn`t become financially viable, in part to costs, tooling, market, demand etc so what have you seen? I'm talking steel mechanical pieces with steel/metal bracelets as I dare say there will be fake plastic Casios and the likes.
I think the cheapest I've seen was a repped steel Hamilton Khaki.
Turns out he was right.........

You are correct that there are fake Casios out there. Not only Casios, i've seen rep Ice Watches and rep Daniel Wellington pieces that retailed for $2, that's 5% of the $40 gen.
If there is a point below after which repping isn't financially viable, it's buried deep down in the abyss. Actually, i think it's even below the $2 threshold set by those DW watches that you can get on Ali.

Fake Fossil watch selling for $3. I bet if you buy bulk in China (that would be like 10 and above), it'll cost you less than $1.

A $38 saving on really what might only be a $10 watch in the first place. Maybe the rep price is closer to the actual value.
