First, I’m sorry this has happened to you.

The practice in cases like this is to pretend you know nothing about it. If anyone contacts you from Customs, etc, plead ignorance. Don’t respond to any requests for info, or pay any money to anyone. You know nothing about this and are clueless about anything of this nature.

Second, scan the letter and email it to your TD to let them know what has happened. They will not send you a replacement without this documentation. Ask them if it would be better to send the replacement to the same address or to a different one.

Some countries may keep a log of such addresses but I’ve not heard of anyone having multiple shipments confiscated. Best of luck with your next purchase.
