Long shot: had work done by Dom 5 years ago…now it’s time again

Hi guys

I have been away from the rep world for so Long (usually active over at rwg) when I Got my bk wm9 16610. Fantastic watch that Dom did some repairs and services on.
Now it is a little broken. Iwanted to set the date and pulled the crown….the entire crown came off and Now I Cannot set time nor rewind.

Guess I need help and the last one to help me was Dom
