Hi everyone,

I made this account about 6 years ago but not too active in posting. I've been away for a few years but recently got back to the hobby and reading posts almost everyday and getting a-lot of good information from everyone. Just want to say hi and thanks to everybody here!

Thanks and that’s funny about the sub. I got a noob no date sub v7 with a 2824 back in 2017 and it’s still running, looking great and fooling people lol

Sub reps are so good nowadays that i don't personally see the need for them to become any better. We just need more watches repped to the same standard.

not that great and also the SEL's are pretty bad... i think I got it for about $350 back in 2017 so I guess it's considered a mid-tier rep? IIRC back in 2017 Subs with clone movements weren't that reliable and the date window was lacking that black hole effect so that's why I got the No Date but from browsing TD sites now it seems like Subs are super good and accurate now.

and super expensive!
long gone are the days of el cheapo's that were "good nuff" from 5 feet out.
