Big problem with one of the “trusted” dealers. Seems liked im being scammed.

Hi everyone, I’ve been a user of the forum for almost 2 decades. Have bought dozens of watches and never had a problem. Well, I decided to try one of the “trusted” dealers and am having big problems with him. I mean huge issues. To the point that I’m convinced the guy is a scammer. What is the best way to solve this problem peacefully? Can any of the moderators help me here?
