I have upgraded to VIP to support a great place, I have did it quietly as many others, without opening a thread on how I love this place.

But regarding your case, you opened "you freaking love that place" and you are not putting 25 usd to support your passion !!!! this is ridiculous

Mods are gentlemen and will never tell you this but boy as far as I am concerned you have 0 credibility !!...

As you said, mod's are gentleman ! And you are obviously not ! Good for you if you upgraded VIP this doesn't mean that every one should do, there is a lot of member which are super active here and aren't VIP.. Anyway I think I contribute in the forum more than you even though I am not a VIP, I tried to help a lot of member here, and each time I get something new I post it directly and make a review of it for helping people's decision about a watch or something else. Any way you have to calm down and relax, I do whatever I want and if it doesn't satisfy you go to another forum or spend your time examining each member and each status. Idiot !

I will upgrade VIP. By my self, I don't need anyone to force me or insult me because I didn't do it yet. I am here from 2 months so let me enjoy the place like I am already doing it and I will probably upgrade VIP. Now I am done with this subject !

No one is forcing you to do so, its just a suggestion and a nice offer. We are lucky they don't have us pay $25 a year. Even if they did, I would pay it and I know a lot of others would. I often pay for raffles just to give back, most of the time I am not interested in the watch or strap they are giving away. But hey, its just me, I appreciate the guys that run this place.

I am sure eventually those who are not VIP will take the next step and donate what VIPs know as money very well spent. Access to stuff that sometimes don't even get to the regular areas is in my view well worth the price of admission. At the same time, you support the continuing operation of the site that you all love. Two birds with one stone. But no pressure, you'll get there on your own time. We also appreciate the zeal of some of the VIPs in trying to convince regular members to upgrade but not all people can be nudged in that direction so let's not push too much. Both sides love the site passionately, just different ways of showing it. Let's not allow that passion to devolve into personal insults, that's not what we're about.
