The Administrators of this forum (“RepGeek”) do not endorse, sponsor or have any interest in any items which may be offered for sale or trade on this website by it's members.

This website is open for free expression by, and under the direct control of the members, in their discretion, as long as they comply with the membership rules of the forum contained in this Agreement and elsewhere in general forum policies.

Because user identification on the Internet is difficult, RepGeek cannot and does not confirm each member's purported identity.

The Administrators have no knowledge about the items members may offer for trade, nor the rights of the members to make the offers or publish their descriptions or other text concerning their offers.

By becoming a member of this forum, or entering the Repgeek website as a guest, you acknowledge and agree that Repgeek is not involved with, or a party to any actual transaction that takes place between members of the forum, and to the extent permitted by law Repgeek specifically disclaims all liability for any loss or damage, (actual, special, direct, indirect and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with a transaction entered into by members of the forum.

RepGeek does not accept any liability in respect of any members involvement in any mediation, arbitration, tribunal hearing, court proceeding or other proceedings (of whatever nature) with any member in any way arising out of or in any way connected with transactions carried out by members of the forum. RepGeek may plead this Agreement in bar to any claim, action, proceeding or suit brought against RepGeek for any matter arising out of any transaction between members or otherwise in respect of this Agreement.

RepGeek does not and cannot verify that any member has the right or ability to sell or distribute their listed items. However, we are committed to removing infringing or unlicensed items once an authorised representative of the rights owner properly reports them to us.

Without limiting any other remedies available to RepGeek at law, in equity or under this Agreement, RepGeek may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any persons membership if that member breaches the terms of this Agreement, the general forum policies, or we reasonably suspect or believe, or are informed by a government authority, that a member (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise in our sole discretion) has engaged or may engage in fraudulent activity using, or otherwise in connection with your use of our forum, and you will have no claim whatsoever against RepGeek in respect of any such suspension or termination of your membership.
