Been working on improving a DSN Case and thought I would show...

The engraving on the DSN has too large a font, it appears to be etched rather than engraved. The authentic version appears to have been stamped, without an accuarate set of metal stamps its not too easy to replicate.... anyway with a bit or work heres how its come out.

Note: Lighting... different lighting angles makes the fonts seem thicker/thinner in places please allow for this...

Image Below: First step is to remove the DSN etching ready for a fresh start

Image Below: Both sides need to be reworked

Image Below: My case at the top and the bottom is an authentic case.
Correct alignment .... note the "6" is slightly to the right of the letter "B" and also how the "2" is very slightly to the right of the letter "V"... The Swiss Cross is a fraction short of the top of the letter "T" and a fraction short of the bottom of the "T"...

Note: Both images are magnified and may not be the same size...and both images maybe be taken at slightly different angles, the top row of text appears to be slightly higher in alignment with the top of the lugs. The authentic case has 6152 1 but the "1" is hidden by the bright lighting
