Not sure if this is the proper venue however when I logged on this morning all my inbox and sent messages are nonexistent. What happened? Is there a possibility of them getting restored? Please let me know where /who to turn to. Thanks

Have you opened a HD ticket or reached out to the mods? Sorry to hear that btw, haven’t heard that on here, please keep us posted as you try to get this resolved

I will escalate this one to the IT department to see what they can do
There is nothing me and the moderator staff can do to recover them,i'm not sure how this happened but it's not a general issue as so far, you are the only 2 i know that had this problem
