Buyer disputed a transaction on paypal

Hello Mods,

I received the message from paypal " You have received a case" The transaction was done through PP F& F . Buyer disputed a transaction on paypal from me in August. The paypal remitter is completely different from the ship to address where I sent the item. I have no problem issuing a Refund but the buyer did not contact me or advised me about sending the item back or how to resolve the matter. any advise would be appreciated.

I will release the info if this person is trying to scam me.

If the Holder of the PP Account states, that he did not made nor approve this Transaction, the money is gone.

My fellow Repgeeks: The outcome didn't go so well, so I ended up loosing a watch and got charged back from Paypal. Be aware next time that the paypal remitter is the same as your buyer or else you'll get burned like me NO ONE IS SAFE IN THE WORLD OF SCAMMERS!

@watchadoer Do you know anybody who lives near the buyer who can "pay him a visit"? That's sometimes how these issues got settled back when this was a hobby.
