BP makes the best yellow gold Rolexes. It's also one of the rare factories that offer iced out models.

If you want an iced out Rolex/PP/AP in stainless steel or any other gray metal, there's plenty of reps. If you want yellow gold, I'd recommend BP/GMF.

Fully iced out? CZ or moissanite would be an option depending on what you want and how much you're willing to spend.
