I'm a newbie too but I've been doing some reading... as far as where dealers buy from I don't know and I wouldn't expect a dealer to tell you, otherwise why would you buy from them, right? As far as I can tell all replicas come from China, you will see higher quality replicas sometimes that they refer to as having swiss movements, these usually have a higher quality case with sapphire crystal etc... The "swiss" movements however are still asian replicas of swiss ETA movements (that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with them). For example, you said you liked the Asia 7750... this is an asian replica of the swiss valjoux 7750. Any dealer or site claiming that their replicas are actually swiss or italian I would say are for the most part scams and suggest not purchasing from them. These are just a some of things I believe to be correct from what I've read here recently, there's alot of info here and really helpful people, I'm sure if anything I said there is incorrect somebody will correct it. Welcome, and enjoy your stay.

Do not fall for those lies.

Sue Lor: All the people in this house are very traditional. Number one: never touch a Hmong person on the head. Not even a child. The Hmong people believe that the soul resides on the head, so don't do that.
Walt Kowalski: Well... Sounds dumb, but fine.
Sue Lor: Yeah, and a lot of Hmong people consider looking someone in the eye to be very rude! That's why they look away when you look at them.
    Walt Kowalski: Yeah. Anything else?
Sue Lor: Yeah... some Hmong people tend to smile or grin, when they're yelled at. It's a cultural thing, it expresses embarrassment or insecurity. It's not that they're laughing at you or anything.
Walt Kowalski: Right, you people are nuts.

Most come out of CN including the parts. Others certain sellers have their own made and it all depends on where in the world they are. usually the ones out of GZ are only assembled there but parts could be made there as well. there is not one correct answer to you question. The variables are many.
