Rep trade area Suggestion

Maby this has already been mentioned and Im not sure if its just me but when ever i am viewing the trade areas i find it sooo fustrating when members do not put (E.U) or (Conus) in the Thread title, i find myself looking through each thread, each page looking for an 'e.u' it would be so much easier if everyone had to do this.

maybe add CONUS ONLY to stop those of us in the southern hemisphere even bothering ?

thats one thing that does get me ... i find a nice watch, at a great price, but some yank has got "Conus only"......
well, i'll keep my money thank you sir ...

This has been discussed many times and all the times we agree on people putting the location of their items on the tittle but its up to them to include it in it.

you could however make it a mandatory part of the form you fill out in the posting process.

It is already there mate. But it does not put it on the thread tittle as the thread tittle is created by the user.

You know dave, i probably would, but i wouldnt check the paypal account first ....

Just this morning there are three in the sales area that i would go for .... but there is no point - CONUS only ....

oh well, at least dealers will send anywhere !

Maybe an idea to offer to accept the customs risk sellers may then be inclined to deal

I tried many times. I contact the seller, increase myself the shipping cost to cover the real costs, offer to take full customs risks, but each time I only get a "No thanks ..."
I also got twice "Sorry, don't have time to fullfill the customs declaration..."

as if it takes more than 30 seconds ...

I always ship anywhere with tracking as long as the buyer takes customs risk, it takes a min to fill out the form.

I think there's also a rule that you don't edit your sales thread.. but some people keep doing it, removing price and putting SOLD instead.. as if closing the thread and marking it sold doesn't convey that it's been sold. Anyway, point is, rules like these don't matter unless they're enforced.
