    Been lurking for some time so thought I should go ahead and make my first post. I had collected gens for some time and then decided I was interested in Panerai. Couldn't justify the price and through a search came across this site. I slowly began to realize rep watches are more than just NYC knock-offs - it is a hobby that can be appreciated on many different levels. With gens you save, buy, enjoy the high, get bored, flip, and lose. With reps, you can enjoy the ride and when you get bored, you are not out thousands and can put it away until the boredom goes away. After buying my first rep, I thought about flipping it to get another, until I realized there was no need! That's when I realized I was hooked.
