    Default Trading reference section

Any thought of putting in a section for trading reference like Paneristi? Might make trading easier and safer.

Isn't the feedback score and comments good enough?

It probably is, if everyone uses it... I just know there have been transactions I have never gotten feedback for. In fact, I have probably bought 5 or 10 watches through Repgeek and sold 5 or so and still have no feedback.

I also prefer the immediacy of the reference check system... Its personal, and gives a real sense of humans doing business with humans, and that is hard to find on the internet!

Did you leave feedback for the members on the other side of the transaction? If you do the get an iTrade notice telling them you have done so and it may prompt them to reciprocate. Also a reminder PM may be useful.

And, as I've said before, people should really start using the 'Neutral' option when you don't want to leave a negative feedback but you want other to know of what problems you may have had.

I've been told you only register a feedback count for each NEW trader.
e.g. if i trade 2 times with x and 2 times with y and once with z , and we all give feedback, my feedback score will be 3 - but a detailed look at my feedback will show ALL 5 transactions

Your feedback rating should increase for EACH transaction that a positive rating is left for, not just once for each new trader. That's why there is a (+1) beside "Positive".

Members should start using the "Neutral" rating to leave comments about problems that they feel need to be known, but don't deserve a negative rating.
