My name is Patrick and I'm new to both repgeek and the hobby!

Quick question - I noticed that the Beginner's Guide 101 post mentioned a "movement reference" thread to help explain the differences between them (i.e., asian 21j vs eta, etc...). I'm probably just blind, but would anyone be kind enough to point me in the right direction?
