Hi guys, before i issue a chargeback from my credit card, i wanted to open a thread here to ask what am i supposed to do with my purchase...

paid 1600$, it was shipped with USPS, at first the tracking number i had been given acted really weird and the package had been delivered back to original location, then i have contacted the seller Tazmo and apparently all shipments to EU were shut down cause covid (weird again cause i am receiving other packages from us almost on weekly base even whe we were on lockdown), but a week or so pass and the package with that same tracking, returned to be still around and in transit, at the moment stuck somewhere for 10 days as of today.

I tried contacted usps myself but seems like it's not possible for this kind of shipments, i tried asked seller to contact usps and see what's going on but seller is ghosting me.

It's first time in like 10 years i buy both gens and reps i find myself in this situation, normally i would instantly chargeback and it wouldn't be an issue but since i respect this community (more than gen community lol) i want to be in the right of doing so, so what am i supposed to do now?
