Hello everyone,
a minute of your time to discuss something important for the forum: how to handle an issue with a fellow member in a sale transaction,especially involving paypal
Most of what i write below should be common sense but apparently it's not

Please read,ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse on this matter

When there's any issue with a fellow member, step 1 is to contact said member, step 2 (if the first was unsuccessful),is to pm me or my staff
Finally,step 3... only as a last resort and after previous discussions with the forum staff, is to involve paypal

Also please note that members should not be posting inflammatory threads calling other members scammers, before at least point 1 has been followed through
Goes without saying that posting negative feedback is also an issue, when no real attempt has been made to reconcile the problem with the seller

As this is happening too often and our warnings have been going unanswered,we will start to handle this issues in a different way from now on
If these steps are not followed the party involved will risk a ban (at our discretion), just like the scammer or supposed scammer
