I received the message from paypal " You have received a case" The transaction was done through PP F& F . Buyer disputed a transaction on paypal from me in August. The paypal remitter is completely different from the ship to address where I sent the item. I have no problem issuing a Refund but the buyer did not contact me or advised me about sending the item back or how to resolve the matter. any advise would be appreciated.

I will release the info if this person is trying to scam me.
