Hello everybody. I can't believe I've stumbled across this website. I was doing research because my Dad wanted to buy a gen TT Rolex. He already has a gen GMT-pepsi. Then I said to myself I wonder if they make a good rep. Like most people looking for reps, they google and find all the different scams sites advertising 100% replicas for 1K or more. I had a feeling that these were all scams since all of the sites looked similar. I also wanted to educate myself on spotting reps just in case I wanted to get a gen used. Then I found replica watch report which had a reference to repgeek and the rest is history.

I just love this community and the rep reviews here are outstanding. I've always loved watches since I was a kid. In high school, I drooled over the TAG link chrono. I actually own a gen quartz TAG aquaracer that I got as a wedding gift from my wife (since I got her a nice engagement ring). At that point I've never owned a watch more than $300. I really wanted the auto aquaracer chrono. Maybe one of these days.

I guess one of the best things about learn about reps is that you actually learn about all the subtleties of watches, movements and watchmaking.

I thing I'm going through the normal newb progression. I got my eye on a newbie mariner (BKmariner), then I was thinking of getting a Omega UPO, then a Breitling SFSO. This is going to be a expensive hobby.
