i would recommend hitting up the "other replica", "member and dealer trade review", and "watch review" sections. there is a wealth of info on this site that can help you make an informed decision on your purchase.

First and foremost, welcome to repgeek. Hope you enjoy it here.
There are plenty of dealers in the Collectors section of the forum all of them are very reliable and have a proven track record. I'd say most of them have AP & Hublots or can source them for you.
As to good versions it all depends on the budget you have, there are some entry levels and some "ultimate" versions available in both brands, so its up to you in the end.
I would sugest you browse through the collectors section of the forums and get familiar with the dealers offers.
