What happened to the new sales rules?

I was just about to call someone with 12 posts out on the ugliest piece of s**t $30 sea dweller they are asking $85 for without the bracelet but checked the rules before doing so and the rules are back to VIP or 100 posts?

4000, yep that's how it is at the moment. I've held off buying and selling for 2 weeks cos I'm not sure of the post counts/feedbacks etc.

4000ft, that would be my POS watch you are referring to. I am glad you have a source for that watch at $30, I was not so lucky, in fact I managed to get 2 that cost me alot more. I think we are all big boys and can do our own research before we make a purchase. PWC has those for like $56 plus shipping and it takes 2 weeks at the least to get it. You have to use a CC and are SOL per his rules if customs takes your watch. WE / IR has them for $108. At the least, the watch I have is working perfectly, is clean, and I will provide USPS tracking within 12 hours. That is alot more than what can be said of even "trusted dealers" here. I am open to offers and by the time paypal and USPS fees are added, I may net something like $65-75 on the watch and I am not making money on it, as per forum rules. It is nice of you to watch out for members, and I am glad you refrained from threadcrapping.
