Hi from the UK
Hi all,
I found this site after doing some searches.. I was interested to see how far replica's may have come along.. It seems they really have..
I have a Gen Omega Seamaster (effectively the entry-level premium watch, and had it for around 8yrs. It has been flawless).
I have read enough threads to become very tempted. I am looking for some advice on the buying and import situation into the UK.. I thought the EU/UK was really cracking-down on fakes??
Best wishes all.. Oh.. And I can easily see why people end up with such collections.. It is like the best sweet shop in the world :-)

Hi Welcome to RG. The UK is actually one of the "safest" places to import a replica to. There's usually no problems but if you're worried you can use Reg (Narikaa) that is UK based and Torobravo which is EU based, that way the parcels don't go through customs.
There's always a risk associated with buying a replica but in the UK is pretty small, and if you use Toro or Reg or other UK based dealers its pretty much non existent.
Good luck and have fun.
