Default I'm getting an alert for a PM every time I visit a page

This morning I got a PM, sweet. I read it, and go on about my day. After reading the PM I visit the Hublot section, and get a popup, I have a new PM. I read it, it's the same PM.

I visit 100 different pages and every time I'm getting the alert. I've read it several times, that didn't help, so I marked it as read. That didn't help, so I deleted it. That didn't help.

It always says 0 unread on the top right corner of the page.

Just so we're clear this isn't a cache thing of me going back-forward etc. though I did notice that if I go back a page I don't get the alert.

It's not a huge inconvenience but it hinders my compulsive browsing.

    It says this

I disabled the PM popup for the time being but would like to know what I can do to fix this?

    lol... thanks

Anyways I turned em back on and I'm not getting the pop up so just try turning them off, saving the settings and turning the popup notifaction back on, I'm thinking that's what did it.

this happeded to me. what i did was just go into my inbox and select all the pm's and check the mark as read. check box at the bottom. and that stopped it.

i would even delete my pm's and they still would pop up. but this worked.

FYI giving me help before I've figured out the problem is much better than after. Thanks though, maybe others will be able to use these techniques.
