Anyway, I am looking for a nice watch for the hubby. I know he won't want a Rolex rep and is into heavier watches in stainless steel. Any suggestions from the guys as to what he might like would be helpful

i would recomend Breitling Super Avenger =) its waight is quarter kilo or at least the orginal is if iam not misstaken

I was looking at them...what about a Omega?...he is somewhere between over the top in design and conservative.
My own Rolex is all blinged up and I hate the thing

aaa okey if you like the omega i can recomend that you take a look at the Omega Speedmaster thats a nice watch

yes they make vintage Rollies, depends how accurate it needs to be - they are a bit like panerai in that there is always something you can do to improve it.
