I bought a Pam 300 from Angus months ago, The screw down crown stripped, I asked Angus if he could fix it ?

Here is what he said "Mike send it back to me and I will send you a new watch" !

No pratting about, No winging about the factory will not do anything as you've had it a few months, No comments about "Well maybe you F---D it up" ! No comments like "It's a rep what do you expect" He didn't ask me to send photos !

Just plain old fashioned customer service, Cheers Angus, You Rock.

Guess where I'm buying my next REP ????
