New 3646 Push-Fit Bezel and 3646 Engraved Bezel

3646 Type D Tall Bezel

First Batch Now Ready for shipping.... all bezels come fully polished and take both the Silix Plexi O'ring and Rubber O'ring as explained below...

To fit remove the Silix Plexi O'ring and also the rubber O'ring at the bottom of the bezel

Here the Plexi O'ring is fitted to the new bezel make sure its the right way round..it only goes on one way!...if you get it wrong you wont be able to fit the Plexi as it will be too tight

Do the same with the rubber O'ring at the bottom of the bezel

Comparison between the standard Silix bezel and the new tall type bezel

To fit lay a small piece of wood across the surface and tap on with a small hammer, be gentle nothing big is required...

A thick case back is available to finish off the job...

Also I have been asked would I make the bezel below.... work has now started on this new bezel, its also a Push-Fit and for the Silix case.
