Help! Have I been scammed??

I had 2 people yesterday Email me and ask could their shipments be caught up in the Japan disaster as they were posted last Friday and on Monday they were only showing as leaving Thailand.
This is the honest truth not made up I promise you
Another one asked about his shipment to Sweden he said he thought it was caught up in Customs there as it hadn't moved.
When I checked on Monday it was shipped here on Friday it arrived in Sweden
2.30pm Sunday afternoon and this was Monday morning. I got an email later that it was ready for collection so it took 3.5 days to Sweden including a weekend but still he was panicking
