good idea - we do have this in place now. Not the html, but the guidelines do require the items you mentioned in the original post/suggestion.

Behind the Admin curtain though, I'd be happy if the sales rules were simply read prior to posting some of the watches. The drop down menu is a terrific idea.

Now comes the 2 dollar question coming from a non-programer.

If user is less than 100post then? Show: Sorry, your post count must be above 100 to post an item for trade/sale.

If user is a VIP than +0 Posts are OK.

Just another idea whereby the form cannot be completed without VIP or more than 100 posts.
