Default Andrew comes through - First Post and First Reps

I've been reading the forum for a while, and I must say I'm very happy to have found you guys (and gals)!
This is my first post, because I finally have my first reps.
I placed my order with Trusty and received it in only 5 working days!
I'm very happy with my purchases and I purchased both of these beauties based on the feedback of this forum.
Now I know it's all about the pictures, so here goes. This is my first attempt at pics, and I had to take them quickly so I can get back to work. If they turned out half decent, it's the Nikon D40 and not the photographer.
    SFSO Asian Version

    Tag Aquaracer

I'm not sure the Tag quite fits my style. It's an amazing watch....but I can't take off the SFSO.

    j-tech, Nice brother.

They both look terrific. I, like all your fellow RepGeek's, have the SFSO. (what a beauty!) I also picked up the same tag for my bro in law. The bracelet sizing on that puppy is a real bear, I hope yours adjusts well.

Good to read your post and pics and enjoy RepGeek!

    cheers

    JCM
I'm glad you brought that up.
It looks like it uses the pins that can come out either side, correct? If so, it should be a very unpleasant experience resizing it.

I haven't went through the trouble of resizing that one yet, because I'm still undecided on whether I should keep it, or put it up for trade.

    Thanks for the warm welcome!

Yes, it has the standard pin removal set up, but they get stuck and can be a chore to remove. Link pin tool is a must w this one, or a watch smith/mall kiosk guy to lend a hand.

    cheers

Welcome. Nice selection. First of many I'm sure.

If the bracelet has pins vs screws, look very closely at both sides. If one side is ever so slightly smaller than the other, that is the side you want to push from. This type of pin is either a tappered or a cotter pin. Should push thru to the other side.

If you can't resize it, wrap your wrist with an Ace bandage and tell everyone a good war story.

Congratulations J-tech.. both watches are a beauty... love them.. but SFSO is awesome more... get a gen rubber and its pretty close to gen..

The pin can go both sides.

    Good luck..

Good choices there JT. Change the SS brace from the SFSO for a nice mustard leather strap man!

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I'm sure these won't be my last reps. Already have my eye on a UPO or 4th Gen. PO.
