Ladies and gentlemen We have noticed lately an increased disregard of the rules. Sales rules being overlooked, paypal disputes being opened without warnings and without previously seeking staff intervention, buyers writing rep, Repgeek, Rolex and so on on paypal notes putting at risk the seller's pp accounts and their own. Members improvising themselves as moderators, dispensing judgment upon others, without knowledge of what might be really going on. Rules are clearly stated and written all over the forum, you as a member are required to read them and follow them, claiming ignorance will no longer be tolerated. It wouldn't work in "real life" would it? If you get pulled over for drinking and driving telling the cop: Sorry i did not know the rules, I thought it was ok...won't get you anywhere, right? Ignorance is not bliss on our forum. From now on we will ban at our discretion anyone that does not comply and that means anyone, noob or long standing member, no difference. No warnings, no second chances. I strongly suggest you to spend some time reading the rules, if you didn't bother doing it before and even if you did, have a second look.
It has always been our policy here on RG to try to mediate and help,we are not ban happy as someone might like to think, but the situation is getting out of hand so in the interest of the community and for the preservation and safety of our forum, we need to step in heavy handed. I hope I am sufficiently clear on these matters. Thanks for your attention.
