Men's Dress Shirt recommendations

I got some good deals at Harrods too:
- Ralph Lauren Belt (1 black / 1 Brown) 28 pounds each, reduced from 185!!
- Ermenegildo Zegna/Ted Baker/Other brands reduced from 95-280 to 10-30 pounds.
- dress shoes from Harrods which were on sale (lower ground) ended up with four pairs.

That much reduction at Harrods? Sure it's not stock left over from the nineties?
