Default Returning to repgeek, input welcome

Hello everyone... I am returning to repgeek after 3 years or so. I bought a great sub a few years ago. I am not very knowledable about what i should expect and for what price. If anyone could give me some pointers and recommend a good dealer it would be much appreciated. I think i am interested in a tag or audamare (spelling??)

Hello and welcome back. First off, as with new members, we advise you to go to the brand sections for input on the reps that you are interested in getting. There will be differing opinions but you will learn the reasons behind them and thus get knowledge that will allow you to make your own decision.

I am not so much into Tags so I can't recommend any but for Audemars Piguet, there have been some new releases like the AP Diver 5.1 and some AP ROOs.

Thanks for the input. I just spent the last hour or so browsing different dealers and reading opinions. I wanted to stay away from a sub this time but there so good looking. I dealt with rsh2 years ago and was very happy he doesnt seem to be a dealer anymore? I hear good things about wbk. Any suggestions on a dealer?

rsh is no longer a dealer but he's been selling some of his watches from time to time. WBK is great for bang for the buck watches (<200$ range), but if you're looking for the higher end Sub reps then check out TC and BK. Lots of info in the Rolex section to help you.

the 15400 looks great, also interested in a hubolt big bang? I just got back online today i think i need to narrow my search. I would take a high quality sub today tho if it were the right price. Do you stand behind those watches on the site that the APs were on?

    um..lol i don't know if i can stand behind a rep

but from the reviews here.... they are holding up well. the AP 15400 even has a miyota movt. version... which might be a better movt. choice but its expensive at $440. I will back the AP diver though... i had a v3 and that was built great... i'm sure the v5.1 or whatever its up to now its good. A good rule to follow is to make sure all the screws are tight...

I'm pretty sure there is a new sub out... --> http://pureti.me/product/submariner-...edition-a2836/
