There is a terrifying announcement appearing at the top of most pages warning: " Sorry i did not know the rules, I thought it was ok...won't get you anywhere, right? Ignorance is not bliss on our forum. From now on we will ban at our discretion anyone that does not comply and that means anyone, noob or long standing member, no difference. No warnings, no second chances." (My emphasis.)

However, I've just spent at least ten minutes trying to find the forum rules. The word 'rule' appears many times in the warning at the top of the index page but nowhere else.

If you are enforcing the rules in such a draconian manner it would be really good if we could find out what they are.

A lot of forums have a thread called something like "FORUM RULES - Please read this first" somewhere near the top of the index where it's hard to miss.
