Don't be Blinded by the Light.

    Sorry, couldn't resist.

Welcome aboard! Show us the Speedy and the Heuer.
    I own some watches.
    Some are nicer than others.
    I wear them sometimes.

1942 Breitling Chronograph.. I bought this non-working with all original parts (missing right sub-dial hand).. Sent to my guy who replaced mainspring and serviced. Installed new subdial hand and painted minute hand to match..

1969 Omega Speedmaster Pro Flat Text.. Moon Landing was in July so this is very first edition

1969 Heur Bundeswehr.. Made for the West German Army. Serial Number is 9xx out of 250,000 made..

Those are fantastic! I love the Breit the most, but all three are special pieces.

Thanks, glad I finally made it over.. I think each site compliments each other nicely. I think of each offering something special..

The breitling was my first watch and a little impulse. I liked the black chapter ring and think it is rarer then the others. I was lucky I knew a guy who could supply what I needed. Each one I kinda stumbled on and got at a very nice discount.

I have found that I like the hunt of finding parts and building my own watchs. I love my LMPo but does not compare. I loved the special care jmb gave it with the engraving and drill/taping or not to mention the crown I bought from ebay Spain for $40. It is like dating.. The hunt/chase is everything to me..
