Unhappy Hello I'm from the Netherlands

    Hi all,

I am from the Netherlands and back from some years in the rep area. Three years ago I bought a Ladies Rolex Datejust from Eddy Lee for my wife. The watch has a ETA movement and I never regret that I bought it. It is still working well.
I am now waiting for a nice Omega Seamaster GMT from Silix.

But unfortunately the customs seized the package (Fedex) and I am now waiting for the second one to arrive.

I can only say that Jay's service is good. I hope his watch is too.
I will make some pictures as soon as the watch has arrived.

How can dealers afford to replace lost watches?
It seems like a huge expense.

not too many are lost george, its not the norm for them to be lost or seized.

Of course some disappear, but like a restaurant as an example, you/they plan into their expenses some loss of product.

It's all in the price. if you loose 10% then your pricing needs to be 10% higher to cover these lost watches.

Exactly, they factor these costs into the price.
