Good evening all. Wanted to introduce myself and just say hi. I recently stumbled across another forum as I was scouring the Internet for a red triangle to put on my gen 5512 or 7928 . From there it all went down hill as I have been sucked into a new hobby.

I'm currently patiently (actually not patient at all) waiting on a 1016. I've always liked them but never wanted to spring for a gen one as I feel they are priced a little too high, but hey the market commands the price.

Hopefully I get it soon and can post some pics! Look forward to learning from everyone here.

Thank you sir, I have a lot to learn so I may be harrassing you a bit!


On a separate note, I was able to pick up a 1016 today. Jmb case, yuki dial and an ETA. It's coming with a rep 7836 bracelet but I probably won't be able to use it. I have a smaller wrist. So I ordered a jubilee from raffles time today, hopefully I get everything soon.

I also have another Yuki dial incoming, it's that the glossy gilt explorer dial. That will go into the next JMB case, I also ordered a Raffles 6mm brevet crown. I know that's not the correct crown but I wanted to see how it will look.
