I live in Ventura County, some of you might be familiar. What I mean in my intro is that this community is quite a bit more about the details etc...rather than just cheap prices for cheap watches. I'm sure I'm not the first one here to have owned Gens for years, and now discover this site, but as some of you know there's quite a misunderstanding about reps in the watch industry as a whole. Most collectors believe all reps are crap--period. My thoughts are still forming, and I have a couple of reps coming from davidsen, and I will let the community know what I think. I have some Gens: 88, 233, Sub, Oris, Doxa, Sinn--203, Tudor, and a couple of RXWs. The MM20 is a bit overrated IMO. Mine is original from Ken etc...but the quality is quite short of that of a Panerai. The MM25 GMT is another matter altogether. Extremely high quality. I would put the finish of the MM25 as 95% of where Panerai is--quite impressive for the money. The crowns snap out and screw back in very firmly, and the internal bezel turns like a dream. I almost bought the Cali dial too--but the glass is flat, and on that one I'd rather have a more traditional homage. I include a borrowed pic:
