increasing number post

Another forum I frequent has a rule that posts do not count in certain areas (such as Off Topic or classifieds, etc.) maybe we can implement a rule like that over here?

Nice post actually if I write is my little post is about my difficulty using English, there is another reason and prefer to be clear and understand me whenever I have to use google translator,so its time increase the number of post.
